Thomas was born and raised in Panama City, FL and is a full-time, highly motivated, State of Florida licensed and exam certified residential property inspector. Thomas possesses over 15-years of professional construction management experience and has built commercial and residential properties, including high rise residential condominiums, shopping plaza’s, medical offices, multi-million-dollar custom homes, extensive residential remodeling projects, water treatment plants and music venues.

He began his construction background here in Panama City with a local contractor as a Project Superintendent building residential homes throughout Bay County.

Thomas relocated to Steamboat Springs Colorado in 2003 where he was hired as a Project Superintendent with a large commercial general contractor, building in excess of 100 million a year in the Routt, Summit and Grand counties.

When the 2008 recession hit, Thomas switched from being a superintendent to becoming the Director of Maintenance for Pioneer Ridge Management in Steamboat Springs Colorado. Pioneer Ridge specializes in the management and rental of private vacation homes and unique condominium properties. With over 150 units (70+ private homes, 95 condominiums), Pioneer Ridge is the largest management company of its kind in Steamboat Springs. Pioneer Ridge provides accommodations and services to customers who demand a high-level vacation experience and exclusivity found only in the most prestigious resorts in the world. As the Director of Maintenance, it was his responsibility to make sure that all of the properties were kept in pristine condition, including: Reviewing daily arrivals and departures for scheduling of needed repairs, emergency response dealing with freezing temperatures, power outages, plumbing issues, HVAC, forced air and boiler issues, and anything that a guest reports that does not meet their satisfaction. Maintained scheduling and oversight of snowplowing, snow removal, summer landscaping duties, pool, spa and hot tub cleaning, chemicals and service.

In 2011, Thomas left the management director position and relocated to Fort Collins, Colorado and for several years worked as a Project Superintendent building multifamily developments.

Thomas returned to Panama City in 2014 and was hired by Anderson Construction as a Project Superintendent. This experience provides him with a distinct advantage when it comes to inspecting your residential property because he understands the intricacies of property design, maintenance and repairs.
